Q: What happens when I come into The Corner? A: There will be a member of staff at the desk to welcome you when you first come in. You will be handed a tick sheet which lists all of our services and you will be asked to tick which service that you need. We ask you to tick the sheet when you come in so that you don't have to say out loud what service you need in front of other people. If you are unsure just tell the member of staff and they can have a chat with you to find out what you need. Once you have ticked the sheet we ask you to take a seat (you can choose where you sit) and the staff will keep you updated with how long it will take for you to be seen. (This can depend on the service that you are for and how busy we are).
